The Neighborhood

Summit Wood is located on the southeast part of Kansas City, Missouri, and is within the boundaries of Lee's Summit School District. The subdivision has 235 homes occupied and development is complete. The purpose of this website is to keep Summit Wood residents informed of the events and happenings in the subdivision and to have a ready access to up-to-date information related to the Summit Wood Property Owners Association and the surrounding communities.

Due to the risk of severe weather, the February 2025 board meeting has been canceled. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

$289.00

($11.00 fee for online payments for a total of $300.00).

Any dues paid after 03/31/2025

will incur a late fee of $10

per quarter they are late, totaling up to $40 per year.

Monthly Meetings

We conduct monthly board meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm.

As of 2025, our board meetings are held at University Health Lakewood 7900 Lee's Summit Rd, KCMO 64139

Directions to Meeting Room;

Park in Lot J and enter the Lakewood Care Center entrance (not the main entrance) Pass the welcome desk and turn in the hallway to the right to find the elevators

Go up to the 1st floor (entry is on Ground floor)

Go straight out of the elevator and down the hall several feet and the Summit Woods conference room is on the left before the next cross hallway
